Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: VIP Packs may be purchased only by guests who hold a valid Emirates ID and are at least 18 years of age at the time of the purchase. Guests must ensure that the Emirates ID provided at the time of purchase is accurate and valid; Global Village may request additional official documentation (such as a temporary Emirates ID certificate issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship) in cases of renewal, replacement, or loss.

2. Purchase Limit: Each eligible guests may purchase a maximum of one (1) VIP Pack per Emirates ID, including pre-booked packs, across any of the six categories: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Mega Silver, and Mega Gold. This limit applies per season and cannot be increased under any circumstances. Global Village reserves the right to cancel any duplicate or fraudulent purchases made using the same Emirates ID.Sales Period: Pre-order commence on 21 September at 10:00 AM (UAE time) and Public sales on 26 September at 10:00 AM (UAE time) and will continue until stocks last. VIP Packs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Global Village does not guarantee availability of any specific VIP Pack category during either sales period.

3. Order Confirmation: Placement of an order does not guarantee allocation until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of a purchase confirmation issued through the Coca-Cola Arena website via email. If payment is captured but confirmation is not issued due to a technical error, Global Village may either complete the order or refund the payment at its discretion. Until such confirmation is issued, Global Village reserves the right to reject or cancel any order.

4. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Payments must be completed using the approved payment methods displayed on the Coca-Cola Arena Website. Global Village is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third party payment processors.

5. Non-Cancellation: All VIP Pack sales are final. Once an order has been placed VIP Pack orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or modified. This restriction does not apply to replacement requests submitted in accordance with the Inspection clause for damaged or incomplete packs.

6. Delivery: VIP Packs will be delivered starting within 15 days from the last day of sale. An additional AED 30/- delivery fee will be charged per order. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Global Village or its delivery partner. Delays in delivery do not affect the validity or redemption period of any benefits included in the VIP Pack.

7. Limited Quantities: VIP Packs are subject to availability, and quantities are limited.

8. Exclusivity: During the public sale period VIP Packs are sold exclusively and solely through the Coca-Cola Arena website, the official and authorized distributor on behalf of Global Village. No other websites, platforms, vendors or individuals are authorized to sell or distribute VIP Packs under any circumstances. Purchases made through any unauthorized sources are strictly prohibited and may involve counterfeit products or fraudulent activity. Global Village shall not be held responsible or liable for any purchases made through such sources, and disclaims all liability in the event of fraud, loss, misuse, or invalidation of the VIP Pack resulting from unauthorized transactions. Global Village further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and/or deactivate any VIP Pack acquired from any source other than the Coca-Cola Arena website without prior notice. In such cases, the purchaser shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, compensation, or other remedy of any kind. Global Village may, at its discretion, report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Prohibition on resale: VIP Packs shall not be sold, resold, transferred, duplicated, reproduced, reprinted or otherwise exploited in any way for any commercial purpose. Any violation of these terms may result in cancellation or deactivation of the VIP Pack, disqualification from future purchases, and/or legal action.

10.  Inspection:
a. Guests are responsible for inspecting the VIP Pack immediately upon delivery. Any damage or missing content and request a replacement must be reported within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will be rejected.

b. Global Village reserves the right to request proof of identity, Emirates ID verification, proof of payment, or other supporting documentation at any stage before fulfilment or redemption of the VIP Pack. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in cancellation of the order.

c. The car plate number registered during the purchase of the VIP Pack will be automatically selected for the pack activation. Changing the registered car plate number is not permitted unless approved by Global Village Management following a request submitted to [email protected].A change of car plate number may only be approved in the following cases:

• The guest has sold the vehicle.
• The vehicle has been involved in an accident.

In either case, the guest must provide supporting documentation and the requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once the request is approved, a fee of AED 170 will apply to process the change.

11. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Village shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, delivery, activation, use, or inability to use any VIP Pack or any benefits contained therein. Global Village’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a VIP Pack shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for that VIP Pack.

12. Force Majeure: Global Village shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, restriction, or failure in performing any obligation under these Terms and Conditions where such delay, suspension, restriction, or failure results from any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, natural events, extreme weather conditions, operational disruptions, government directives, public safety concerns, or any other extraordinary event that prevents or materially affects normal operations.

If Global Village is required to close the Park, restrict access, suspend operations, or limit services due to a Force Majeure Event, all VIP Pack benefits affected during such period shall be temporarily suspended without liability or compensation.

In such circumstances, Global Village may, at its sole discretion, extend the validity of certain benefits, provide alternative benefits of comparable value, or adjust the manner in which benefits may be redeemed. Global Village shall not be obligated to provide refunds or compensation for any VIP Pack or associated benefits impacted by a Force Majeure Event.

13. Right to modify or substitute benefits: Global Village reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any benefit, voucher, privilege, or third party offer included in a VIP Pack, including where required due to operational, safety, regulatory, or third party constraints. Where a benefit is discontinued, Global Village may provide an alternative benefit of equal or greater value; however, Global Village shall not be obligated to offer any refund or compensation.

14. Third-Party Terms and Responsibility: Certain benefits included in the VIP Pack are provided by third party venues, operators, or service providers. Use of such benefits is subject to the terms, conditions, and availability determined by the relevant third party provider. Global Village is not responsible for any changes, closures, restrictions, or unavailability of third party attractions or services and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such third party decisions.

15. Fraud Prevention and Misuse: Global Village reserves the right to cancel, deactivate, or refuse activation of any VIP Pack that is suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent means, misrepresentation, unauthorized resale, or use of incorrect or falsified Emirates ID or vehicle plate information. Global Village may request additional verification at any time and may report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

16. Data Protection Notice: Personal data collected during the purchase, delivery, and activation of the VIP Pack, including Emirates ID and vehicle plate number, will be processed in accordance with Global Village’s Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws. Such data may be used for verification, fraud prevention, and fulfilment of VIP Pack services. By purchasing a VIP Pack, the purchaser consents to such processing.

17. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Global Village and the purchaser in relation to the VIP Pack and supersede any prior statements, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the VIP Pack.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the VIP Pack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
